The room was very comfortable for our two night stay, offering a good night's sleep. Noise was none existent as the hotel is far enough away from the main road not to cause any issues.
The buffet breakfast offers many options and helpful staff organised a vegetarian option very quickly. -

Dragonman
Comfortable room near bar and restaurant with no steps which was ideal for disabled companion. The breakfast was delicious and evening meals very good. Ideal location for Roman Remains at Caerleon and Caerwent and Norman Castles at Chepstow with many more in driving distance.

Breakfast was outstanding with a huge choice of cold or hot food and friendly staff.
We have used this brand before but have to say this has to be one of the best we have been to and would certainly return any time. -

Ileskaren
I visited today with 3 friends for the Festive Lunch with entertainment. The hotel was beautifully decorated and oozed Christmas cheer!
The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Food was a 3 course lunch which was served piping hot, beautifully cooked and very tasty. The serving staff were wonderful and worked like a well oiled machine!
