You have the freedom to choose your own suppliers, enabling you to incorporate cultural wedding traditions such as Asian, Somali, Chinese, or Jewish customs, we are delighted to provide our venue and services for all Religious Ceremonies.

Our Gwent Suite at Holiday Inn Newport accommodates all the events that take place during a cultural wedding ceremony.

Whether it be a Nikah, Mehndi or even the Walima, our hotel is the perfect venue for you to accommodate all your friends and family.

Having one large suite that separates into three unique suites for ceremonies, with their own entrances, and accommodating up to three hundred guests overall. We will guide you to choose the most appropriate suite for your ceremony, we can help in planning, and advise on how best to decorate the function suites.

Whichever part of your religious ceremony you choose to do with us, then we will provide you with the ceremony suite.

Halal & Kosher catering and traditional wedding décor.

We have an in-house catering team, our experienced head chef will prepare a three-course traditional cuisine meal, using fresh ingredients, Halal, or Kosher based foods that will only be prepared and cooked on the day of your event. We also cater for vegetarians too!

If you would like to use an outside caterer, that is no issue at all. We will give your caterer full access to our fully equipped kitchen.

We understand that not all Cultural weddings are decorated in the same way, our in-house team will recommend our suppliers who will help you create the perfect theme and completely transform the chosen suite to your liking.
